Expressing Interest vs. Enrolling
Expressing Interest: Clicking "Get Started" to receive notifications about next steps Enrolling: Completing all requirements including background checks, assessments, and meeting certification criteria
Step 1: Review the Opportunity Announcement
Click GET STARTED on a program that interests you Carefully review the Opportunity Announcement (OA) which includes: Call types and service requirements Equipment needs Background check requirements Drug testing requirements (if applicable) Assessment requirements Any disqualifying factors
Step 2: Select Your Class
Click ENROLL NOW to view class details Review the "Enroll in Class" pop-up Select your preferred class time from available options Click Continue to proceed Important: Once you start this process, you must complete it through the Arise Portal (link.arise.com) if you exit.
Step 3: Complete Technical Requirements
You'll need to complete a Technical Check which includes: Reviewing the System & Equipment Policy Confirming you have necessary equipment Following technical check instructions Optional: Watch the 3-minute instructional video
Step 4: Complete Required Assessments
Depending on the program, you may need to complete: Voice Assessment (for phone support programs) Chat Skills Assessment Self-Assessments PC Scan Photo ID Verification (using your mobile device)

Have your ID card ready Be prepared to take a selfie Follow all on-screen instructions carefully
Step 5: Enrollment Confirmation
Your status updates automatically after completing requirements You'll receive on-screen confirmation of successful enrollment If assessments aren't passed, you'll be notified of ineligibility A waiting period may apply before expressing interest in another course
Step 6: Background Check Process
All programs require background check completion Check your portal regularly for background check availability Monitor emails for submission deadlines Some programs may require additional drug screening
Status Updates:
Enrolled: Successfully completed all requirements Canceled: Not selected or didn't meet requirements
Step 7: Access Class Details
Click "Class Details" after enrollment confirmation Screen will show "Class Starts in X days" or "Class Starts Now" Note any pre-course work requirements (provided 3-5 days before class)
Step 8: Begin Your Certification
Click "Start Class Now" for scheduled classes Click "Access Link" for self-paced courses on Arise U Ensure pop-up blocker is disabled Complete any assigned pre-course work
